When your pet suddenly becomes sick, panic can set in! It’s normal to panic, but to help keep calm, you can be prepared in your pet’s time of need. Here’s some tips and advice on what you can do to help you be prepared should an emergency unfold:

Save Emergency Contact Numbers & Location

Find your nearest emergency veterinary clinic and save their phone number and address. Share this with members of your family, print the information off and keep it where people can see it in your home. If you leave your pet when travelling, make sure their carer has your emergency vet’s details too. 

Know The Signs

As pet parents, we know when our fur kids are feeling under the weather. Like humans, illness and emergencies can happen at any time. There is no such thing as over reacting when it comes to your pet’s health. If you are worried, don’t wait! It’s always best to call to speak to a vet and discuss your concerns.
