RULES OF USE

These Rules of Use are written in the English language. If translated into other languages other than English, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

For paid membership the use of all Where My Paws At Portal Offers (Offers) and Where My Paws At Portal products are subject to these Rules of Use (Rules) and any terms of use included on the Offers. Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer and any product, offer or services.

Membership

  1. Access to a Where My Paws At Portal product (Standard Membership) is available to individuals that register (Member) via the App or website.
  2. Access to a Where My Paws At Portal paid product (Premium AND/OR Yearly Premium Membership) is available to individuals that register and purchase, as applicable, a paid Membership via the App or website
  3. Paid Memberships are set to auto-renew on their expiry date. When auto renewed, the payment method used to purchase the original Membership will be charged automatically at the start of the renewal period the fees and taxes applicable on that date. You can turn off automatic renewal prior to the expiry of an existing Membership by adjusting your membership settings.
  4. A Paid Member may request cancellation of a Paid Membership in the first 30 days of a Paying Membership that has been auto renewed only if the product is not used. This applies to Premium AND/OR Yearly Premium Membership.


Redeeming Offers

For paid membership, redeeming an Offer on your App is very simple:

  1. Select your chosen Offer for use on the App. If you are in a store, ensure you inform the checkout assistant you have the App before you ask for the bill.
  2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the checkout assistant prior to the bill being presented.
  3. The merchant is prompted to enter their P.I.N. (for a select number of merchants in U.A.E. the merchant will also be prompted to fill in the total amount saved and final bill due after discount before being prompted to enter their P.I.N.).
  4. Once the merchant has entered their P.I.N., the Offer will be redeemed
  5. To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process.
  6. In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for resolution
  7. Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable taxes including but not limited to V.A.T., as applicable, and will be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.
  • Should be presented prior to in store payment or online check out
  • Can be used at any time during the issuing merchant’s trading hours
  • Are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, or special items
  • Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer


Offer Validity

  • Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified.
  • Offers may change throughout your Membership. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from a Membership
  • Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue
  • Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer
  • Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions or special offers
  • Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable charges.
  • Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any taxes and may be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.
  • If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any Offer, please contact Customer Service ([email protected])
  • Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered
  • Offers are not redeemable for cash.


Redeeming Your Discount Codes

Redeeming a Discount Code on your App is easy:

  1. Select your chosen Offer on the App
  2. Redeem to generate your Discount Code
  3. Copy your Discount Code
  4. After selecting your products or services go to merchants check out on their mobile application or website
  5. Scroll down to promotions and tap add promo code/gift code
  6. Enter the Discount Code and tap ‘add’
  7. Once the Discount Code has been entered, the discount will be applied on your bill.


Redeemed Discount Codes are not inclusive of any applicable taxes / VAT including and will be separately charged by Merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.

WMPA Pet Tags

  • WMPA Pet Tags can be purchased through the website.
  • To activate your tag, you must follow the instructions. Failure to follow the instructions will result in your tag not being activated and will not show your pet profile.
  • Once a tag has been activated, you will automatically receive 2 months free Premium Membership upon activating your first tag. Additional tags linked to the pet parent profile to the same account will not be eligible for additional free months membership.
  • Membership will be set to auto-renew on expiry of your free trial. When auto renewed, the payment method used at registration will be charged automatically at the start of the renewal period the fees and taxes applicable on that date. You can turn off automatic renewal prior to the expiry of your free trial by adjusting your membership settings.
